The main components of the market assessment of the effectiveness of commercialization of intellectual and innovative technologies are defined. technological market; monitoring of the market reaction of consumers; profitability and payback of innovative technology; formation of pricing for innovative technology; assessment of the market potential of the technology; tools for market evaluation of innovations.

Price and cost characteristics play a key role in determining the success of commercialization of intelligent and innovative technologies. They form the economic feasibility of introducing technology to the market, determine its attractiveness for consumers and ensure a competitive position. Price and cost characteristics are strategic tools in the process of commercialization of intellectual-innovative technologies. Their correct use allows you to achieve high efficiency, provide competitive advantages and contribute to long-term success in the market.

Conclusions. The effectiveness of commercialization of intellectual and innovative technologies largely depends on the correct consideration of price and cost characteristics. Their careful study contributes to the growth of market share, increasing competitiveness and ensuring long-term economic benefits.
